This is super informative, but unpopular opinion: as someone who is on a teachers salary, but still likes to play with makeup styles & eyeshadow lasts me FOREVER.. I would rather have the higher end product in tinfoil than having to buy products that have fancy packaging 😭 I can't afford $42 for 6 colors with fancy packaging that I'll realistically only use 2 colors of.. My favorite brand is like $72 for a pick your own pallet, but the packaging is out of this world😅 I can't justify it. what if you implemented like a "savings" line, Where you get smaller sizes but more plain packaging? I get compliments and would RATHER tell people "hey I got X brand. I paid $18 for 3 colors, and LOOK AT THAT PIGMENT THOUGH" verses. " I paid $42 for 3 colors I'll use, but at least the cardboard it's wrapped in is pretty" 😭

this is completely random from what you said in the video, but I just wanted to say I recently got my first order & I absolutely LOVE it. I just had shoulder surgery and haven't been feeling the best, but when I decided to try and do my makeup this weekend I felt so pretty & it was a huge boost to my mental health lol, so thank you 🥹🥰 even if i didn't even leave the house hahah

I missed a big part of this, but for the funeral proofs, they cannot go into a palette and I am not aware of a jar currently available on the market that can keep them from drying out, so custom ones like our coffin containers are usually a $50,000 investment, product and labor aside, just container production minimums and mold fees

i worked for a business that did a ton of orders like this (but for a different product!) and learning all this was so fascinating, i technically didn’t have to learn all about it but slow season was great for learning stuff i’ll never use again haha
