Dobbins is a party spot every weekend during the summer . The owner tried to keep people away but by law you don’t own the water or the high tide low tide mark so keeping people off the beach in these areas is not easy possibly why the new owner is selling

I pressure washed the decks and house on tippity wictchety island and cleaned the doctors boat. Had to load my pressure washer on a canoe.
