@melissassweettooth: Two fun spooky sweet treats for your next Halloween movie night!Spooky popcorn: Spread popcorn in an even layer on a baking sheet. Top with candy corn, pretzels, m&ms and crushed Oreos. Drizzle with some black and orange colored chocolate and let set before serving. Jack-O-lantern brown butter chocolate chip cookie recipe: Melt 3/4 cups or 1 1/2 sticks of unsalted butter over medium heat till amber in color and brown bits form on the bottom of your pan-let cool. Combine butter with 1/2 cup granulated sugar, 3/4 cup brown sugar and 1 tsp each of salt and vanilla. Add 1 egg plus 1 egg yolk and whisk well. Add in 2 cups of flour + 1 tsp baking soda and mix till dough forms. Fold in 4oz of chopped semi sweet chocolate or 3/4 cups of chocolate chips. Roll cookie dough into balls- you want them to be on the larger side so they flatten out while baking and you have room to use your cookie stamp. Bake at 375 for 12-14 minutes. Let cool just slightly then push your stamp into the middle of your still soft cookies- rinse stamp between as needed for a cleaner look.
