Moyes began the destruction of United by thinking he could bring his own staff in to help when the heart of the club was already there. Had Moyes kept Fergues staff and slowly integrated new coaching staff the club would have continued to be successful. Now every time we have a new manager they bring 10-15 new coaches who all have new ideas. Rashford was right in his interview in the summer.
