@jamielaing: I asked a group of men “When was the last time you cried?” the answers were raw, emotional, and eye-opening. So I ask you, when was the last time you cried? This is what inspired me to write my book, to remind us all that it’s okay to be anxious, sad, or upset. It’s okay to have bad days, and it’s okay to have good days. As humans, we need to share our emotions without shame, worry, or fear of being alienated. We need to remember that vulnerability is cool, being honest is liberating.
