Why is the fuel dark? I’m a light duty diesel tech and diesel is normally light bright neon green. I know the older 60 series would darken the fuel do ISX do the similar things?

drain the water separator all the way and clean the housing with brake cleaner.. sometimes there's dirt or othe contaminants at the bottom
