To keep blood sugar in check just fast at least 16 hours then eat during the other 8. If you eat a heavy carb meal, maybe toss in a little Berberine supplement. If you keep most carbs/sugar to fruit with fiber (apples, berries, etc) you shoud mostly likely be good to go, change your diet, start fasting, then go get bloodwork done after a month or two and see how it’s working or if you need to adjust.
