Just remember- you have not been as active as you usually are, (for good reason) and that is how quick we can lose that energy! Little by little you’ll be back to normal - dont rush yourself! If you can afford it, just get your vehicles transported there (and fly) 😏

Get yourself some instant ice packs you can buy a bulk box on Amazon. Also some wraps to hold them on. If your pain meds don’t make you sleepy definitely take them.
