AD RECIPE - 250g mozzarella 1/4 cup Buldak Carbonara hot sauce 🔥1 1/2 cups plain flour 2 eggs 1 1/2 cup breadcrumbs 2 tsp Italian herbs/parsley (for egg and breadcrumb) 1 tsp paprika (for breadcrumb) 100g butter, melted METHOD: Cut the mozzarella into sticks or small pieces and pat them dry.Put the flour in one bowl.In a second bowl, whisk the eggs with some pepper and some of the herbs.In a third bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with the rest of the herbs and the paprika.Dip each mozzarella piece into the flour, then the egg mixture, back into the flour and egg again, and finally into the breadcrumbs.Place on a tray and chill in the FREEZER for about 90 mins (minimum) the more the merrier IMO! Heat oil in a deep pan to 180°C (350°F).Deep fry the mozzarella in batches for about 2 minutes, until golden brown.Drain on paper towels and serve hot with extra Buldak Hot sauce for dipping.
