the video I just watched prior to this said the bracket bolts are one time use "torque to yield" how come all these videos I watch everyone's re using them when apparently that's super not safe? genuine question as I'm no car mechanic I'm curiouse if it's just generally accepted or the last video was wrong

Dont zero out your dual i beam torque wrenches. It ruins that tension spring and gets it out of calibration
