This should be a homemade thing. When it goes commercial it’s not right it’s not the same find someone’s grandma or grandpa that makes pickled eggs and I’ll tell you they are the best.

Pickled eggs are great when you reserve pickle juice from your pickle jar…. Make them yourself. When you buy them like you did they are in vinegar and too sour!

I love pickled eggs but those Costco ones are just vinegar and I find the eggs gamey. You wanna do it right u gotta make it yourself- boil your own eggs and drop in a salty brine with a little sugar or honey, lots of black peppercorns, mustard seed, chili flakes and dill and leave for at least 5 days👌
