I lowered my A1c from a 14.2 to a 9 all I did stop eating sweets at night with coffee I ate in portions then I just ate two times a day between four and seven I would eat. I tried to stay around five and it took me about 2 1/2 months just with insulin. And that’s how I did it. I wanna share that with you so that way you don’t have to buy stuff off the TikTok shop. You can do it on your own with the medicine that the doctor gives you you gotta stay disciplined. That’s it. Good luck.
