@charliexanax: update video all questions welcomed, ask in the comments. i will not be getting too personal in replies + im not super active anyway. i don’t know if i’m coming back but i don’t think i will. if i do, it’s not going to be today. i had a lot of fun here and im so grateful that so many of you were inspired by me. very vaguely, the primary reason i left is because i was personally made to. i will not get into specifics. i’ve taken time to improve myself and left the people that i needed to. i am sorry to everyone involved in any way. and im sorry i didn’t leave sooner. i should have been more responsible here. a lot of this is my fault, i should have been actively working on making my close circle non dangerous, im sorry that i did not. now i’m only associated and friends with very few people who i trust in order to stop this from happening again. thank you all so much for the support. i loved sharing my art with people and i hope i can continue to in the future. i hope youre all doing well. #animation ⚠️all fake ⚠️all sfx also, if ANYONE besides from THIS ACCOUNT claims to be me, they are NOT. my discord user has nothing to do with the alias “charliexanax”. do not trust ANYONE saying that they are me.

A flavorful Greek-inspired high-protein meal featuring lemon-marinated chicken, nutrient-rich quinoa, and roasted vegetables, suitable for quick meal prep. Ingredients: - 2 large chicken breasts, skinless and boneless - 1 cup quinoa - 2 zucchinis, sliced - 1 red bell pepper, sliced - 1 teaspoon dried oregano - 2 lemons, juiced and zested - 3 tablespoons olive oil - 3 cloves garlic, minced - Salt and black pepper to taste - 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional) Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. Cook quinoa according to package instructions. 3. In a small bowl, mix 1 tablespoon olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper. 4. While vegetables bake, heat a skillet over medium heat, add a tablespoon of olive oil, and cook marinated chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through. 8. Slice cooked chicken. 9. Once quinoa is ready, fluff with a fork. 10. Assemble the dish by placing quinoa on plates, topped with roasted vegetables and sliced chicken. Garnish with parsley if desired. 11.
