they didn't even tell him to stop or freeze so it's not like they told him to stop and he didn't listen. so that's why they tackled him. they just tackled them. they abused every bit of the authority they have. each one of these gentlemen need to be stripped from their badges and incarcerated for assault and battery wearing the badge

I'm in England. I see stupidity and the ability to beat people up is a required qualification to be a cop in America. American authorities must have a limitless budget to pay victims of cop wrongdoing compensation
