There are other factors that you simply don't know about. you may not see it on the sidelines but while in chase you can tell who has the stamina advantage. Continuing a loop and running out of stamina will end the chase quicker.

juking is only helpful in 2 situations: low on stamina and if theres just a few time remaining like between 10 to 20 seconds

This is why, i throw my pizzas at the killers laugh at my teammates who suck who are Begging for a slice. (Once had to forcibly loop and juke a guy because he was targetting me for alleged trolling, even though non of them are worth healing. I reset at the last 5 seconds because i was on a alt and i wanted atleast 25 killer wins before a survivor win. The guy laughed at me but i only taunted them asking "Why you took so long huh? What too you soo long." they left the game. I should've recorded smh)
