Hey girl I went through the exact same thing and it lasted I’d say around 4 months, hair responds with a 3 months delay from trauma/ deficiency. I also found out I was anemic at the same time as having TSW so made the shedding so much worse😭😭😭 pls make sure u get blood work done to double check no deficiencies are also contributing to it!!!

This was honestly the most distressing phase of TSW for me but just WAIT because the day does come where the shedding basically ABRUPTLY ENDS and I can’t wait for that day to come for you too girl🙏

You look great!! The hair loss will go away! I was so upset when I was going through tsw and my eyebrows and hair were falling out! My eyebrows are back better than ever and hair stopped falling out! 🙏♥

Have you tried switching to fragrance free shampoo and conditioner? I also have servere eczema and I found that when I made the switch to Ceravee gentle hydrating shampoo/condiitoner, I had significantly less hair loss!

Would cutting your hair shorter help? I know it helps with breakage because damaged ends are often thin and frayed. Or would this not help in this case?
