This is such an interesting take, I enjoyed it. I’m from a very small town in Wales and I actually feel a lot more rushed here because I’m now living in a city and working in corporate. I have been here just over two years and I still haven’t had the settled feeling. It’s hard because you’re thinking about the next visa and how long you’ve got left. I feel you on this!

I feel so like so much of your gut is pushing you to go back home and also don’t think the uk is so depressing , you have your friends and family around and you can make a happy life for yourself in the UK, I’ve come back to the uk after my travels and it’s really made me think how much I’d love to just live here and be around my close ones! Honestly girl go with your gut you do not have to stay Xx

This is so real, I have to keep reminding myself that I have the rest of my life to settle down and get a job, I will be so grateful for doing it when I get older! I’ve met so many older people who say they wish they did this when they were younger, before they were tied down with kids and a job and mortgage… It will go so fast, make the most of it!! 😊

It’s so tough Jess! If it helps we are just as indecisive! I think having a break back at home for a few weeks would definitely help! We were struggling missing family & friends and after spending time at home feel a whole lot better ! But I know Aus is bloody far !! 🥺🥺
