Clearly the cop was in the middle of the road before the truck reached the point where he could turn. Therefore the truck really should have yielded to the patrol car. If he was at the point where he could turn without running over the curb before the patrol car pulled into the intersection then he would have the right away.

unless the officer has his emergency lights on then by law vehicles exiting the road way have the right of way over cars entering the roadway cops included unless on a call with lights running

PEOPLE don't get it!!💯 NOBODY is in the Wrong😀 nothing happend, cop drove to aggressive forward and yet too slow at same time, while pickup kid drove too aggressive but didn't feel like stopping But didn't have too!!! Nothing occurred but bad timing and miss communication, only thing wrong is the Ticket but cops can pull you over All they Want!!💯

just got knew he was in the wrong because he felt he had to explain the whole situation and the driver just remain calm and let him talk and run his gums because he knew he had a dash cam on so he was smart
