Summary.. Serious human rights violations were reported in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and the Pashtun region this week as well. According to citizens, affected families and local representatives, state and military actions resulted in the loss of innocent lives, damage to places of worship and educational institutions, and an increase in enforced disappearances. This trend has been going on for decades, causing severe harm to the Pashtun nation.

Demands
We strongly demand from the international community, the United Nations and the Human Rights Council to:
1. Immediately appoint an international Fact-Finding Mission.
2. All cases of enforced disappearances should be impartially investigated and justice should be provided to the affected families.
3. There should be transparent investigations into civilian casualties in aerial bombardments and military operations and those responsible should be held accountable.
