with respect I agree with everything you did but you see the pills and being a pill popper that's alot on one go, atleast space it out as it very tuff on your kidneys, all those vitamins pills you can get it from eating natural food, is just here in canada we avoid tons of pills, more natural stuff according to my doctor, but best of luck 💞💞💞
