It's a beautiful style. Habisha I get, but I'm interested in knowing how it's South African. I'm going to have to do some more digging because I've never known cornrows to be referenced to South Africa. Traditionally yarn blocks, yes. Cornrows have been around yes, were they adapted from other regions, absolutely. No shade, this is part of my study and if I missed something then I have to get to the bottom of it.
