These poor girls. But honestly this can happen anytime because I work right by there. And the amount of kids I see alone till 8pm on these bikes, young girls hanging out with older guys. Like where are the parents. It’s everyday. Afterschool they stay out late. It’s the parents fault. And I’m not saying this situation was them goofing around. I hope these girls rest in peace. I’m just saying these parents need to watch over their children
