I make 4 oz of pure OJ, 1oz ginger juice, 1 lemon🍋, tsp apple cider vinegar, 1/2 tsp of garlic, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/2 tsp cayenne, 1/2 tsp cinnamon & take a shot every morning. 🥰
