Bruh I battled through the cold/man flu just to get to the gym today.
but definitely couldn't give it my all because I had to pause every 5 minutes to blow my nose and grab a drink.
Hoping I've got it in me to get down to gym tomorrow but we see 😅

is that proper rdl form if u wanna target glutes? I know rdls are a hinge motion but I've never seen them done with no bend of the leg like that, regardless of if targeting quads or glutes! thnx for any help
