Just a reminder that an aeroplane is a PUBLIC transport system, like a bus or a train. If you don't like being around people or run the risk of crying children, fly private. If you can't afford to fly private, then that's a you problem.

I think most people's problem with screaming children is when the parents are doing nothing to correct the situation. you obviously were trying to be considerate of other people, you didn't just let her do whatever she wanted.

you all are so immature “vacations arent a necessity” “i would have been furious..” Its a COUPLE of hours in that plane, you are not spending a lifetime within it nor are you forced to listen to the noise.

Hey comments.. I just did 2x 27hr flights full of babies in bassinets who sometimes cried and screamed.. I just put my headphones on and all was well. Hope this helps

Idk about everyone else but I only get mad at screaming babies on planes when I can literally see their parents doing absolutely nothing. I was on a red eye and this kid was crying non stop the the point the flight attendant actually went up to the parents and suggested they walk around with her…
