Me being 5’3 as well 160lbs I agree the super baggy look isn’t for us.I go for the loose fit jeans instead.Holister loose fit,and Levi 511 jeans fit me just right.The key is you have to get them hemmed,and ask for a California hem when doing so with original hem.You want them fitting right above your ankle,zero stack.Another tip Is try to get

You literally have 2 different shoes on. Slim fit does make you look taller, if you wore those big shoes aswell on the slim fit outfit it would look way better.
