sivan's kitchen you can make this with a green cabbage aswell exactly the same. The cabbage garlic salad tastes out of this world. Put it in the fridge for 30 mins to an hour before for flavor to get into the cabbage. ITS OUTRAGEOUS! Please try it, and im sure you will agree.

OMG!!! This is the first time I have ever seen this salad on social media. I'm 54 and grew up eating it. My great aunt married an Italian and she would always make this with her chicken spaghetti and garlic bread. The only difference is she always used apple cider vinegar instead of lemon. Delicious!!!

When I was a kid, my family used to chop/shred red cabbage, add chopped garlic and some mayo. If I make it (and I make the whole cabbage head) it’s always gone within a day

🎗️: roasted garlic is delicious. You can wrap it in tinfoil the entire clove with all the bulbs and put it in the corner of the pan that you are roasting chicken in, and it takes on the most delicious flavor.
