I was so careful with my braces. Never had any issues. Only ever broke one bracket. On what you ask? A Panda Express noodle. Not even the vegetables in the noodles….just the noodle

“2 years max” 5 years later… oh and then “yeah braces actually destroy your enamel so you’ll have tooth sensitivity and be really susceptible to cavities no matter how well you take care of them” like thanks for NOTHING. These teeth cost THOUSANDS and they’re just rotting outs my head now😭✋🏻
