Just put up signs with the state statute and then start calling either the game warden or fish and wildlife, whatever it is in Colorado. They will have warning because of the signs and it will be clear that they are trespassing so then they could be ticketed

henceforth, call the sheriff 1st. no warning. hopefully they keep fishing until the sheriff arrives and you can trespass them. or do you have to ask them to go even if your property is clearly marked?

one of the upsides of being disabled is I sit on the front porch a godd part everyday. Needless to say, the small crime attempts have dropped as I'll call them out or llet the neighbor know is someones been acting suspicious.
