@DeAngelo this too. You can argue about the other debate where he defends it, but there is a huge discrepancy in his stance. He hated gays unless they were conservative and pushed the ideology his think tank wanted. Since conservative policy tends to propose legal changes that persecute lgbtqia+ people, logic stands to reason that a gay person ought not vote against themselves and people like them.
