Also from WI. Wedding receptions don’t belong at a Zoo. If Shalom truly cared about their animals’ wellbeing, they wouldn’t build a wedding venue.

The fact people are going after her blows my mind. There are 2 sides to every story, and we don’t have all the facts. People are so quick to jump to conclusions and attack the opposing side. Thank you for providing some facts and addressing this in appropriate manner! I wish more people could just take a step back and look at the whole picture

I started questioning Shalom the second I heard that they were building a Wedding Venue instead of putting the hundreds of thousands of dollars that it would take to build a venue instead of improving the "zoo" The enclosures can always be improved or extended for the animals and the cost of care. This was all the red flag I needed!

We have an amazing zoo. It’s the Milwaukee County Zoo. We don’t need roadside attractions.

ive been there. never going back. I had to try to find staff to remove an animal that had been severely attacked by another in the pen. the animals like the foxes, coyotes also are in extremely small cages and they pace. its so sad.
