𝑐𝑎𝑝𝑡𝑧𝑎𝑐ℎ ♥︎B777 lover♥︎ :

the PW GTF from A220 and E2 also found on A320neo families

SCUD :

A220 driver here and I love our whale song!

ShyGuyRy :

PK-GIK :

could you explain where do those buzzsaw sounds coming from jet engines when taking off?

nr0399 :

PW4000 on 777 too

Juicui :

Rolls Royce Trent engines do this too, but it’s at a slightly higher frequency. and I guess CF6, and GENX do this too, but on idle instead of spoolup

Jetech77 :

pretty much every Pratt and Whitney do it.

Corbo ✈️ :

A220s I hear them at work all the time, one of the best sounds and I don’t even have to look to know it’s an A220

paulita logan :

Why the wheels on the landing gear don’t have something like a dc motor to match the gs of the aircraft when landing to prevent the wear on touchdown from the instant acceleration of the wheels ?

dingus460 :

I can hear them from 2-3 miles away from planes taking off

JamesH88 :

Here I'm thinking it's the brakes 😆

Asa.chow :

Just wait until u here the g200 and the Cessna latitude hum 🫠

ebrt972 :

Don’t Forget about the a320neo family

Akguy907 :

737-400 is the most legendary

Aviation bro :

Airheaded Aviator :

Geared Turbofans are so cool. I wonder if at some point we'll get Continuously variable ratio fans

d1ddedbc :

(SUFA) :

It’s on to f35a I think too

Typical🤫 :

𖥂 𝐓𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬_ 𖥂 :

I live under the approach of mco and I always hear the whale and always thought it was the landing gear but this answered my questions thank you🥹✌️

𝑪𝑬𝑩 • 𝑱𝑨𝑵 :

And it also found on A320/21neo

jakesimp_ :

Gotta see a video on the sounds made by a taxiing turboprop putting it into “beta” or landing and reversing

I can't GOON 🕊️🕊️🕊️💔 :
