@theloverspassport: 🍁🌊🍂 Acadia National Park during Autumn >>> We visited a new National Park for us in Maine and fell in love with it! We think you can do this park perfectly in 1-2 days and here are some of our favorites 👇🏼 🥾 Hike the Beehive - this was a 1.5 mile trail that gets VERY popular! It is definitely not for the faint of heart and you hike up steep stairs/metal rungs you have to climb! We did this for sunrise and had about 20 people on the trail with us! 🌅 Bass Harbor Head Light - this was a beautiful spot for the sunset, but warning it was VERY busy too! 🤣 We found a nice Little Rock to relax and watch the waves crash under the lighthouse! Most of Acadia is a sunrise location, so this was a special treat! 🚙 Drive the park loop - this is about a 1 hour drive around the entire perimeter of the park! There are TONS of pull outs with stunning views of the coast as well as it is very easy to park and stop along the way! Warning though, if you miss your turn you gotta drive all the way around 🤣 🥾 Hike the Bubbles - there is a North and South Bubble and both are fun hikes! We liked the North Bubble more for beautiful views of the lake! 🌊 Visit Sand Beach - this is an easy drive up location under beehive! We did this early in the morning and got to relax watching the crazy waves! ☀️ Sunrise or Sunset at Cadillac Mountain! Permits come out 2 days before the day you want to hike at 10AM EST! This is difficult to get, but mid day is also beautiful! Is Acadia on your bucket list!? 🧐 #acadia #acadianationalpark #nationalpark #usaroadtrip #maine
