shave your hair and start over is the only way to “fix” it.. damaged hair cannot be saved. the hair shaft is dead, no amount of moisturising, expensive treatments or oils will fix the damage.

egg, honey, mayo, coffee hair mask leave it in for 15 min wash ur hair 2 times add conditioner cut ur ends n stop using heat it helps ur hair n it makes it look smooth n shiny 👌🏽

Lowkey abbey young method. Light Oil every night, scalp serum and oil the ends a little heavier then usual the night before wash day, then shampoo twice, put a bond repair in (I use the loriel one) for 5-10 minutes, then a hair mask for another 5-10 minutes then condition. Always use heat protectant. Legit the best my hair has EVER looked
