I lost 20lbs in my first trimester, I couldn't hold anything down 😭. Now I'm 22 weeks and have gained it all back and eat several meals a day. I prefer to just be fat, not being able to eat took a toll on my mental. 🥲

I’m at 17 weeks and have lost 10lbs. I was very sick first trimester and now just find it very uncomfortable to eat large portions. I think it’s okay because I am a bit overweight and my OB hasn’t said anything about it.

The only thing my OB has said about my weight is it’s good I’m gaining now and not losing. I’m so glad because I’ve never been more comfortable with my bodies appearance. I’ve always fought to keep my stomach from sticking out further than my small chest but now I’m free from my biggest insecurity fore a little while.

At my 18 weeks appointment my OB pointed out that I’ve gained 9 pounds and quite literally told me to “slow down” 😅😭 mind you - I weight 121 and started at 112. Definitely made me feel like a fat ass lol 🥲

Gained 15lbs the first 3 weeks. Scary but I was underweight and dealing with an ED. I told myself I’m not going to starve this baby and I’ll eat when I’m hungry. Turns out I’m always hungry

Went to my OB yesterday. Gained 8 lbs from 8 weeks to my 13 weeks. I was so excited that I’ve been able to eat, and the baby is growing. Then after talking to my OB I felt awful. She told me to be more cautious and don’t want to gain 8 lbs every apt coming in 🙈
