do you still accept calls ? I followed the epson 8550 + CISS video thoroughly and for some reason only 1 of my tubes that’s wrapped around the containers have white ink, the other white one is empty and the cartridges that are supposed to be white , one is black and one is blue 🤦🏾♀️my image printed but no white on the back

I have the 8500 and it’s basically brand new but every time i print it has faint black lines across the paper and I’ve done a nozzle clean everyday and it’s not fixing it

If I get the 8550 and use regular sublimation ink for time being can I then make it into the DTF with purchasing the cartridge to use white? And convert it into dtf?
