Homeboy I love your videos. I’m in Houston Texas. Just want to make a little comment. I do prefer eating the Cabeza first when I get a variety because Cabeza is mostly Cachete. It doesn’t taste cold just a little FYI then again that’s just me, anyway keep doing what you do though good luck to you in the future adventures
