Kinda feel as though it's her 1st Amendment Right to swear at the Police. Yes, I realize it was in hearing distance of another passer-by in the foreground. However, did the other civilian complain? I believe she needs medication and help. Seems to be exhibiting Paranoid Behavior. Just my opinion.
