no actually you are incorrect, by the heat of the core even if you were only there for a few seconds you would die immediately even going near it, the reason for this is because the core is hotter then the sun, and so you really expect to survive near something hotter then the sun, also this would never happen and without a suit you'd die within the lack of oxygen.

You'd immediately die. Earth's core is hotter then the sun itself, and being near the sun would kill you as well. If you did survive, you would have extreme burns everywhere.
