Yes this test do exist, but you do not have to control the car in order to pass. 😊 In Sweden all you have to do is to follow the instructions from the Instructor in order to pass. 🙏 The test is not made for you to show driving compence. It's made for you to experience losing control of the car. If you follow the instructions fron the Instructor you will pass. As you are mean't to lose control, so you are preperade for real life scenarios.

For everyone saying «don’t break». We’re literally told to drive as fast as we’re comfortable with and then slam on the breaks on purpose, so we can see what it feels like. And then we get more tries to learn better how to control it.

This just depends completely on the tires never felt anywhere close to hydroplanining even when going 90 in heavy rain with new tires but when they were worn down I couldn't go past 55 in the rain
