You may feel alone, overwhelmed, or unsure of when you’ll finally see the fruits of your labor. But remember this: before it gets better, it often gets harder. Growth always comes with struggle, and the pressure you feel today is shaping you into the resilient, compassionate nurse you are becoming. Do not lose hope. Hold on to the vision of the life you’re building—the patients who will one day need your care, the family you’ll be able to provide for, and the purpose that brought you here in the first place.
