Ok, that’s safe for legal reasons, but if you submit a finished, edited video, how is this matching the sound then? I mean the cuts do need to be according to the beat of the music, or how will this work?

Yep, never add background music due to copyright laws. You can be liable for copyright infringement since it’s your image/video being used. Also, make sure that’s part of your contract as well so that you’re not liable for copyright issues once it’s published on the brand side.
