That's not cold pressed rosemary oil. That's rosemary infused in olive oil aka Rosemary Infused Olive Oil using the Cold Infusion Method. It's not pressing, it's infusing. You need some machinery of some sort to press oil from any plant material and rosemary isn't one of them. The highest you can make from it is Rosemary Essential Oil and that requires an absolutely different method.
