Mine is wilting!! I think it may not be getting enough sun, it gets morning sun till noon then shade, should I move it to more sun?

I just planted two of these inside a pumpkin that I cut several holes in…do you think it will thrive ? I’m concerned about the meat/ texture of the pumpkin will affect the growth/ life of the plant but it is so cute for fall
