I work in a nursing home and we had one that was up talking on the phone with his daughter 15 minutes or less before he passed. No one had any clue he was dying he presented no signs. The nurse came in with his pills and he was gone. After she was just in there 20 minutes or so prior and he was on the phone sitting on the edge of his bed. We never knew if he knew he was at the end or if he was just as clueless as we all were
