🔥🔥💪My stomach is flat and I have a 4-pack on top. They're almost visible in the light. Normally it's more like a 2-pack. Sometimes when I squeeze hard it turns into a 4-pack. I want a belly like yours. My program is
1. Weighted Sit-Ups
3 sets × 25 reps
Hold a dumbbell or water bottle above your head, go slow and controlled.
(Upper abs, core control)
2. Leg Raises + Pulse
3 sets × 25 reps
Lift legs up, then do 10–15 small pulses at the bottom before the next rep.
(Lower abs)
3. Flutter Kicks
1 set × 100 reps (continuous)
Fast motion, around 4 kicks per second. Keep core tight.
(Lower abs, hip flexors)
4. Bicycle Crunches
1 set × 80 reps (each side counted separately and Quick) I go to volleyball once or twice a week. When do you think I'll have abs like yours? (Sorry for asking so many questions, I'd appreciate it if you could answer them.)😅👋🏼🙏🏼
