It took me a long time to open up about this. I was scared, ashamed, and insecure. I've been silently struggling-constantly feeling conscious about my body, gaining weight so easily, dealing with persistent acne, and having irregular periods that just never seem to come on time. I was diagnosed with PCOS and fighting it hasn't been easy. Every day feels like a battle: convincing myself l'm okay, even when I know I'm not. To every woman out there going through the same thing: you are not alone. I see you. I feel you. And I'm with you. We may have this condition, but it doesn't define who we are. Let's continue to show up for ourselves—one day at a time, one small win at a time. Keep the faith. God's timing is always perfect. Kaya natin to!
