Generally men go with the best based on skill regardless of ego when building hierarchy. If the idea that women are by default better leaders and would create a better society, you would see a large influx of men acquiescing to them as leaders.

If you think about white men. It was probs “helpful” for them to imagine monstrous savages! Survival! Drama! Violence! I just have a worry that some women might be as militant as Fox News watchers. Having monstrous savages might need to be dialed down to dumb human. The feminine seems rooted in creation, literally important for everything.
