this movie did both parts amazingly, summer didn't want a relationship and made that clear from the beginning and she didn't owe him anything and he shouldnt of gotten with her like that with his mindset. but she definitely lead him on, she knew he was catching feelings and indulged in that knowing it was giving him hope of having a relationship when she should've set boundaries and made sure it was simply just casual rather than a deep connection especially when she kept leading him on even after he confessed his feelings.
