The LA central library has a ton of free resources. Printing, 3d printing, shirt pressing, podcast equipments, music recording equipment, editing programs. Literally every creative resource you can think of

A friend in Oregon took me to their library and they had rental carpet cleaners, board games, honestly so many amazing resources for the community. It made me so jealous. The uk doesn’t have things like this at the library.

Our library gives $10 a week in copies for each membership.. thats 700 total copies for my family so I go weekly and use them all making copies for our schools PTO or the teachers (our district only gives teachers X amount of copies a year).
